To make certain that all records remain current, we ask that our patients bring their dental insurance information with them to each appointment. We will gladly file and track your claims and also conveniently offer postage for special claims.
Your policy exists as a contract between you and your current insurance company – please remember that patients must pay all professional fees, regardless of dental insurance coverage.
